I have a testicular slight pain especially when seated or when lying down .i have a scrotal swelling which is like a small testis.i visited a urologist and he said it was normal to have the swelling since it had blood supply and grew from childhood like a small testis .My concern is this slight pain that goes down even to my thigh sometimes
