I am 15 and I recently found a lump in the middle of my testicle. I am really freaked out about it. I have no symptoms at all of cancer and the lump, nor my testicles have any pain at all. I don't wanna go to the doctor because it is a weird subject to talk about with my parents. Will someone please help me and tell me some cases in which it could be? It is in the middle of my right testicle and it feels kinda like a bubble. When I pinch it with two fingers it feels rough and it kinda folds in. Please help!
