Testicular Pain Related to Meth Use

It feels as if you've been kicked in the balls. I unfortunately, have stupidly, just started smoking and snorting crystal. I find snorting doesn't hurt my boys at all, but I smoke I feel the pain most in my lower abdomin right above my penis and it feels like a bad cramp from my abdomin to my testicles or like I booted square in the sweet spot..

Unfortunately yep all the same here bro, its been coming n goin for me but just this mornin hurt quite abit ease a little when i bend over or lie down, i found this blog cause was concerned n thought id google but had heard in past something about infection that occur from the toxic rubbish ice, this c**p ravages the body in so many ways best not read about them/or if your thinkin about using meth do read it probly totally change ya mind, u take that 1st hit you will luv it, im not in no way endorsing it, its just how it is, but its equally or more so good at destroying your life and that of your family's! Most who try once get some level of dependence on it. I said the first time; nah im strong just wana see what its like i wont get addicted yet here i am, plz dont!! Ive noticed also pain in my chest i use to be quiet fit i still look fit but get exhausted easy n sharp chest pain shares the hell outta me, has this happened to u? Or anyone else reading? Ive only been using for around 6mnths i know its not good has totally change me i even dont know who i am anymore! but its extremely difficult to give up im gana try soon. Thnx for reading

From my experiences it's from getting the drug to hot if it boils it's to hot n wen I get it too hot is the only time I experience nut pain. Kinda feels like blue balls I'm sure all guys would agree

It only happens to me wen I get the pipe to hot. It feels like blue balls but if I don't make the drug boil it usually doesn't happen (the nut pain I mean)

Possibly vasoconstriction of the iliac artery to the balls?
That and dehydration would make the ends of any blood flow to them less...
It sucks.

Thank you! Seriously, thank you all. I have been trying to deal with a daily meth habbit for about a year now and have been having alot of issues down there ranging from UTI to possible torsion with no success. Ive also been searching for any relations between meth use and my issues also without any success but this thread and your answer jas helped a lot! Thanks again, and I wish and hope for the best for all of you!

I thought I had an infected prostate, well that's what doc said after he shoved his finger in my as****e! Ouch! My lower back and balls hurt so bad after shooting meth, it feels like a severe case of blue balls, how can I make it better?

I had that problem
The doctor told me it was strep throat from using a pipe and the infection ran to my testis

He needs to tell the doctor he is a meth user

I find that a small pillow or rolled towel under my lower back, like used in relief of sciatica, relieves all or nearly all the pain during an episode. Lying on that for about an hour until the swelling reduces should help.
