I started using idk regularly I guess 8 months ago but not to brag but I don't mess around and I have used lots up to and including a quarter daily and my nuts started hurting fear with pain high isn't fun ...I went to the emergency 3 times using on the way and at the check in they took my blood pressure and heart rate all 3 times they said normal ...I had ultra sound done antibiotics injection along with pills now i mean I have slowed down but I had a return of the ache tonight after sex with my wife yes I used before but all was well until I blew my load ( lol sorry ..graphic?..to bad) but I always notice it when I'm in the shower washing up and I clean my junk by normal washing soap water and it seems. I iratate my nuts ..they the drs have no answers so I too believe it's from speed use but the answer is needed ..water ?sex?piss,?yea every day but they still hurt ...help !! Like now cause I'm sure I'm going to the hospital tonight

I just had the same thing happen to me last night. Incredible pain in my right trsticle and swelling. Then, there was a lump of fluid that kept putting horrible pressure on my right test. I had to go to ER, where they gave me pain killers snd helped ease the pain.

Try Flomax or Rapiflo. Prescription only. It works by relaxing the plumbing down there and prevents these issues from occurring. Prevents is key word there. Wont do much once the pains are on. Works wonders if you take it once a day though. If I miss a day, I am in horrible pain. Try it. What have you got to lose.

WOW! This sounds like the answer lve been looking for! I cant have sex with gitlfriendl because of the pain ! Feeis like Im being kicked in the balls every 30 seconds ! I trying get off this c**p! Same issue for me. Last happened 6 months ago, at the time, it didn't occur to me that was the cause of the pain.. Went to the hospital and got antibiotics, pain cleared up in a couple of days. BUT, that was also the last day I had used. Now I'm getting the exact same pain in my testies, and what do you know, just did some this weekend. I 've used before, but six months ago was the first I ever had the pain in my testies. I also agree dehydration has some sort of effect too.

It's gas build up. Notice when you gently squeeze your balls it hurts like hell but suddenly doesn't anymore until you let go. The gas/air is building up the more you puff putting pressure on the veins because meth turns to gas once inside you and your body tries to metabolize it.

Thank you for an answer I could agree with. I've always noticed the gas build up but haven't associated it with the blue balls symptoms, my guess was dehydration but gas names more sense
