Testicular pain, Testicle turns and causes pain, anyone else

I fell on my testicle while climbing over a paling about 6 months ago. I sometimes have a very strange dull pain in it and it often turns back to front. I find it difficult to become sexually excited because the area feels so different and uncomfortable a lot of the time. At the moment it’s in a position which I'm not sure how to turn it back..I am having an ultrasound next week… I was wondering it anyone else has a similar problem and a resolution? Thank you
