Does testicular pain necessarily mean cancer? I have been suffering from this dull ache for about three months now. The discomfort is not persistent but occasional. However, things seem to got complicated as I have suffered it three days in a roll. What to do?

Not every testicular pain means cancer. It could be all sorts of things. You didn’t specify your age but some of the symptoms could be ruled out according to your age. The pain could be coming from the testicle itself or the surrounding areas. Most of the time the cause is epididymitis. It is an inflammation of the tube that lies on top and back of the testicle. However, you should see an urologist and have a physical exam or maybe even an ultrasound as well to try to identify the cause of your pain.
