Hi, I was a part of the experiment that showed that an adult needs around 8.1 hours to sleep every night. And the best time for waking up is around 10:30 AM. I think that is an answer to your question. I personally like to sleep from 1:30 AM to 9:30 AM.

in fact,he is wrong..the best time to sleep is between 9 pm and midnight...if you go to bed after that even if you get enough hours, the quality of sleep wont be the same.
