I'm a 25 year old woman I am worried I don't know what to think my normal periods last about 3-4 days and the first day of my last period was July 22nd and it lasted 6 days that was 18 days ago and I just started bleeding and cramping again on aug 8 the blood flow is the same amount as my normal period but the cramps are not as bad as they normally are I am worried I had never had this happen to me before 

I was hoping if someone would be able to explain what's going on and if it's normal or not Please and thank you
