Can you help me please and maybe advise, I have the same pains in my right breast like a quick sharp shooting pain like prickling and goes. Above my nipple I have a lump which as become bigger past 2 years. I did go to gp 2 years ago and was not asked my history , my nan had breast cancer in her 20's and my mother cervical cancer in 40's I am 30 and lump been there while but only recent the pains are. From what you described, you surely have a or several lymphatic glands plugged or what I call restrained. You must be wearing a very tight bra or a known underwire type bra which are well known to cause breast cancer. You should stop wearing those type bras and start giving yourself breast massage therapies (with cream) on a regular base and be on your back while doing so. Second, you should get yourself a full comfortable type bra that fits you perfectly. Breast cancer is not hereditary. It is brought to you by improper bra wearing, bra type and bra size. Some people may not agree with this but nevertheless, it is very true. When doing breast tests, I have found in the majority of women that they had many swelled up lymphatic glands, including under their arms (in the arm pit area).

If you can, take heat compresses directly on your breasts when not wearing a bra. When the pain dies down some, do the breast massage therapies to activate your lymphatic system in your breasts. From what you are discribing, you have some pinched and dislocated nerves in your back and they must be reset.

Hi..I am 31 and had my first two instances of sharp pain shooting up my right breasts today, they made me yell out in pain. On both the instances my breast was pushed up by my knee when I was making myself comfortable sitting down..On both instances my knee was not smashing the poor thing...just a casual contact and there it was the unbearable pain that lasted a minute.. Putting ice on breast pain isn't the right thing to do.
Heat compresses is the right element to use.
The first thing to do, is to stop wearing these underwire bras and wear the non-wire types which fully envelope your breasts and the right size.

You too must be wearing underwire bras. You should know better than that. This type of bra cause breast cancer. It is a fact as I has over 9 client ladies who lost their breasts on account of the underwire bras.
They will cut your lymphatic system and your nodes will swell up, blocking them and causing you pain.
The areas you mentioned, are areas that your nodes are situated, passing through your underarm on the way to your spleen. This is giving you a warning and if you do not stop wearing these types of bras, you will have cancer in your breasts and you will lose them.
