Long story short , awhile ago,I thought my right testicle was wanting to turn 180, I now realise it was just me being paranoid after looking at my nuts,
I had rotated it 180, realised it looked weird the next day and felt weird to grab my crotch due to it poking out,i went to the doctors, hospitals, ultrasounds, urologist, they all said it was normal it had blood flow etc on the ultrasounds, even tho looking and feeling it, was different to normal,
I ended up rotating it back the way I had rotated it from, I felt relief like it was sitting back the correct way now,
A few days later in my sleep it rotated 180 again, never had this happen in my life,I already knew no point going to the hospital etc, I didn't have a concern over those days to even feel my nuts to get re familiar with how the cords feel in the correct position,
Bassicly my nut turned back into position while helping it,I started to get sensation/feeling under my skin where the tubes are along my pelvis going to my nut,
kind of like my undies are tight but they arnt
I'm suspecting it has done a 360, due to now it has flipped 180 another 12 times atleast ,randomly over 6 months , either by the testicle going under my tip, or sometimes sitting down , turning it into a 540 rotation, it will turn back on its own or I help turn it back to the correct way wich I suspect is a 360 again now,
I have had ultrasounds again, they say its normal, still... even tho my nut is back the correct position, even tho they said it was fine while it was 180?
My nut is still tenderish and feels warmish at times ,
When I stand up with undies on i can feel the top of my fight nut poke out the side of my penise tip instead of sitting under it like it use to? When I push down on the top of my testicles the left 1 will go down and feel a little elasticy, the right 1 feels like it won't push down, although it will go on a horizontal angle trying to go back to the suspected 180 position how it was when I woke up,
Same as if I sit on a chair and put my legs up, or lay down to go bed, the left nut will stay straight but.the right 1 goes to go sideways and flip back to 180 position,
Idk if I should put it back to the suspected correct position myself?or keep trying to get a doctor to listen to me,
I have never had no pain or concern with my nuts my whole life , I'm 29, until all this began , now I don't even feel comfortable to lay on my belly on the floor to stretch out, because my right nut will push against the floor and go sideways wanting to flip 180 making the testicle protrude forward and hang forward instead of hanging rear direction,
Arghhh this is mentally draining

Hi, guest.
It sounds like you may be experiencing a condition known as testicular torsion or a related issue. Testicular torsion is a serious condition where the spermatic cord (which provides blood flow to the testicle) becomes twisted, cutting off the blood supply. This can lead to pain, swelling, and can be a medical emergency if not treated promptly, as it can lead to loss of the testicle.
However, in your case, since you've had multiple ultrasounds and evaluations by healthcare professionals who have indicated that everything is normal, it might be something less severe. It's possible that your testicle is more mobile than usual, a condition known as a "bell clapper" deformity, where the testicle is not as securely attached as it normally would be, allowing it to rotate more freely.
In the meantime, avoid manipulating your testicles, as this could potentially cause harm or exacerbate any underlying issues. Stick to seeking professional medical advice and treatment.

Hi levar, sorry I'm called guest,
I have been pursuing this knowing it wasn't normal, I would of known my whole life, it was just a drunk night and I turned it ,then need clarification how it had to be, positioned correctly,
Long story short, my right testi on the waveform graph flows upwards(reverse flow) while the left flows down and normal corresponding to google figures of the waveform diagram,
I also notice the camera shot that captured the epididymst head is in fact the epididy TAIL !, while the left show a perfect normal epididymst HEAD , the colour doppler for the left testi is blue mainly, while the right shows alot more red dots
The left testi cord/tube outlines that go to the nut look identical to google while the right has a blury smudged look but no visible whirlpool ,
( THIS IS ALL WHILE THE TESTICLE WAS ROTATED 180, I EVENTUALLY EOTATED IT BACK, THEN AS SAID IT HAD ROTATED IN MYNSLEEP FORMTHENFIRST TIME IN MY LIFE EVER A FEW NIGHT LATER,)
UPON SEEING THE TESTICLE 180 again when I woke up , laying back in the chair, I visually watched it rotate 180, which I suspect is the 360 reason being ,
The feeling of the testicle kind of rotate under my skin didnt feel right, the couple sharp jolts of pain that felt like it was along my pelvis where the tubes rundown, the feeling under my skin felt like the vein crossing over another veing with tension,
The sitting high of the testis, the / - angle the nut sits compared to left | , the feeling I have in the scrotum, the bulging due to it sitting high and on a angle when I lay back, aswell as being misdiagnosed is reason I am still concerned, I am 100% , is there a way I can share my ultrasounds with you and get your opinion,
The night i rotated it back normal at the hospital and left, the few days after that, I had no concern in regard to grabbing my crotch, it felt literally normal, but now as said I can tell the right testi s high ,^^ due to the scenario after I slept. Hope it makes sense..

Hello, again.
Your description of the ultrasound findings, such as differences in blood flow (indicated by color Doppler imaging), the appearance of the epididymis, and the positioning and rotation of the testicles, are all important diagnostic details. However, interpreting these findings requires medical expertise, especially in radiology and urology.
If you haven't seen a urologist yet, request a referral from your primary care physician. Urologists specialize in male reproductive health and are best suited to diagnose and treat testicular issues. If the cause of your symptoms remains unclear, ask if additional diagnostic tests could be helpful. This might include further imaging studies, blood tests, or other assessments.
Sometimes, complex health issues benefit from a multidisciplinary approach. This could involve consultations with pain management specialists, physiotherapists, or even alternative medicine practitioners, depending on your specific situation.
Do you experience any other symptoms?
In the meantime, Happy New Year!
