On my right testicle i can feel thick tubes on the back of my testicle, which are about .5cm thick, but on my left testicle they are a lot lot thinner, and i can barely feel them. Is this something i need to worry about and its not cancer is it?

I have the same thing, havent meseared, not really sure at all but i read somewhere else that cancer is very differnt to this but i know from sex ed that 1 is meant to be bigger than the other but i know nothing of the tubes
