Well, this resembles some kind of allergy attack but it is very strange that you haven’t consulted your doctor since this lasts for months! What is the reason of avoiding professional medical opinion for something that is obviously bothering you every day for the past few months.

I have problems with allergies and I am fighting these conditions since I was a teen. Coughing and sneezing and tingling sensation deep in my throat is my usual daily routine. When I am taking my medications like I was instructed by a doctor, symptoms becomes mild but they never go away.

So, the best thing you can do is to consult your doctor to see if you have some allergy issues and if you do what is the best treatment option.
