i have a feeling in the right side of my throat that feels like there is something stuck. it hurts when i push on the outside of my neck by where the adams apple is and right below that. it is sore when i swallow and hurts to swallow food. it feels like there is something lodged and when i am not swallowing i feel like something is moving slightly in my throat and like a little spasm and slight pain. what the heck is wrong with me?
