Throbbing in vaginal area

For the past week or so, my vagina has been throbbing on and off. You know how it's shaped like an upside down triangle, well the throbbing is always at the bottom of the triangle, it comes and goes. Also at times my vagina just hurts, and now my butt hole hurts when I wipe. There's no bump near my but whole, but it hurts when I wipe it's very sensitive. Could it be the tissues? Also I've been experiencing very sharp pains in both of my breast, and when I touch them they feel very sensitive. What could this be?
