I've had tingling on the left side of my scalp/head for the last 5 months. Almost non stop. No head ache. In fact I really haven't had any headaches during this time. Just an annoying tingling, or numb feeling. Coincided with the onset of perimenopause, periods stopped, then started, with bleeding for a full month. Doctor put me on one dose of progesterone, (for a week). Have had break through bleeding, but not a real period. Any assistance appreciated.

I usually get this tingling feeling when I sleep bad, but it usually comes with pain in my neck. But this could be just one more menopause symptom. Dizziness and a feeling of lightheadedness are quite common in menopause. This is often caused by your dropping estrogen levels. Have you asked your doctor about this?
