ok so i am 18 and i have a tiny lump on my left testicle. i noticed it about 2 years ago when i woke up and it hurt severely to the touch. well i waited a couple days to say anything because i was unsure of what it was, the pain went away but the tiny bump never did. i stopped worrying about it up until now. the paint has come back. i don't think its testicular cancer because its not a big lump its just like the size of maybe the point of a pen. if you can help it would be appreciated. thank you.
