Hey so I'm 18 and just got my tonsils out today. My tongue is extremely swollen (I assume from the breathing tube) and my uvula is swollen as well to the point it's laying on my tongue. I can't swallow right and I'm just wondering how long until the sizing goes back to normal so I don't choke on my uvula haha. Also can anyone give me information on how the scabs feel when they will come and how I can not choke on them and manage to get it out?
