I have had this happen a few times in the past, but cant pinpoint exactly what triggers it, or what it is.

on the odd occasion, i get a very sore top of mouth which builds with pressure just behind my teeth, back to just before the centre top of my mouth. sometimes it gets to so much pressure, and its so painful that i just want to push at it to try make it go away, it bursts with puss - and that seems to be the only way to releive my pain - and then ends up going away after it bursts.

the last occasion was maybe 2 years ago - and now it seems to be coming up again. it makes my front teeth hurt and seems like the pressure building at the top of my mouth, pulls my gums back a bit which makes these teeth feel sore.

Does anyone know what this is, why it is happening, and the best way to overcome this problem rather than waiting a few days for it to build enough puss to explode.

hope to hear from you.

I saw my dentist and he told me it had to do with a sinus infection i had. I still have this after having a sinus infection nearly 8 months ago, but my dentist told me its not worth drilling if it isnt painful. I feel no pain, but these sores fill up with fluid i until I drain them. It's a really nasty taste.
