I get a very very intense pain underneath my scrotum almost every time I either A: cough very deep and hard or B: Jump off of something ~2.5 ft off the ground and land on my feet. The pain is incredibly intense and debilitating for about 5-10 seconds and then after about 30 seconds it is 100% completely gone. It is not actually pain in the testicle, but in the area under the groin.
