I had a tubal and uteran oblation on Aug. 31 '07. I had lighter periods in Oct., Nov, and Dec. all coming around 21-24 days apart, but I should have had my next period a couple of days ago. I am panicking that I might be pregnant. I have the signs of my period, back ache, face breaking out and cranky but only a light sign of a period today, but really really light. Barely noticeable. Could I be pregnant? or could this be my body adjusting to the oblation? I have read that many other women had various periods, irregular and so on post oblation. I just don't know what it could be...

My friend and a few others I know had this and they no longer have periods. From what I understand not all women who have an ablation will end up with out a period but most do. They still have the symptoms of the period they just don't bleed anymore. Good luck!
