What is right to say insulin resistance or type II diabetes? Is that a same condition or two different conditions? Can someone please explain me this!

Type 2 diabetes has been called non-insulin-dependent diabetes. It is the most common form of diabetes. The difference is that this form of diabetes usually begins with insulin resistance, a condition in which fat, muscle, and liver cells do not use insulin properly.
