I have recently discovered small ulcer type white spot below my penile shaft they look liuke the liquid have been gane from them, also they are little painfull to touch, I have 3-4 spots like that. Also I am healthy and do not have any fever or any other sort of disease, Also I am a virgin so it can't be any STD.  Please tell me what it is ?
