Hi I am a 22 year old male and I have been masterbating A LOT since I was 10 years old. However, I do it less now than I did before. By the time I was 18 years old, I developed this uncomfortable pressure on my buttocks whenever I am sitting on a chair and on my legs and arms when I sleep. It almost feels like the blood flow is interrupted by whatever contact I make. So, I tend to move a lot to ease this pain. Is this in anyway related to masterbation? If so, are there any cures for it?

Sounds more like a case of poor circulation. More exercise could help this or maybe loosing some weight. Masterbation did not cause this.

I don't think so because I am in a good healthy shape. I have almost no fat and I eat healthy.

Do you exercise regularly? You can eat perfect but without exercise you could have poor or weak circulation. Whatever the case, masterbation won't cause you to go numb from sitting in a chair...unless you are sitting in the chair for a marathon masterbation session. ;-)

I workout and cardio exercise 3 times a week for the past 3 months.
In fact, I wouldn't say it is masterbation that causes this problem directly but maybe because I developed more blood vessels in the long run and that would cause me to be susceptible to blood clots around my body.

Well I admit I'm stumped. Masterbation will not stimulate the growth of blood vessels so that theory is out. Now that I've though about your question I notice that I move around in my chair at work pretty frequently and becuase of my muscle mass from 15 years of bodybuilding I have to be careful how I lay in bed or my arms/chest/or shoulders will go numb.
