Hi there, there are numerous possible causes for this. But I just have to say this to you. You shouldn’t be afraid of doctors because that is why they are for. My aunt have diabetes and she experienced underarm pain. Other conditions with whom this pain may be related are: heat burn, cold, underarm injury, peripheral neuropathy, peripheral artery disease etc. I am not sure what else to say except good luck with the doctor.
