Unfortunately this is going to be long. PLEASE bear with me as i really need help with what’s been happening to me the last 7 weeks!!!!! ill try to keep as brief as possible.

*Had a yummy meal round my dad's, suddenly needed to open my bowels - was diarrhoea - went all funny and needed to lie down, heart beating extremely fast, being sick, wanted to faint. These symptoms came on in a flash! Called an ambulance who ?panic attack, did tests and realised not panic attack, went to A+E, had all kinds of tests - ECG, Blood tests, Urine Tests, Blood Glucose etc etc. They realised i was tachycardic (High Pulse) 180BPM and my BP was 178/104. Uncontrollably shaking. Stayed overnight. I explained i had recently had a nasty urine infection. Stayed overnight on MAU, was discharged next day with diagnosis UTI and dehydration.

Felt ill for about 3 days afterwards then felt fine, The next weekend - it happened again. I was out for my birthdays B'day having a meal and was going to see the new twilight film, finished my meal and happened again - exactly the same, needed a poo, was diarrhoea, started shaking, i was sick in the car park, wanted to faint. Boyfriend drove me to A+E where i was again tachcardic but i wasn't as bad as the week before, symptoms wise. Kept me in overnight again, the next day i was discharged with 'Anxiety'.

To this day i doubt this diagnosis, i believe they found nothing physically wrong, saw i was a female, 21, student, and assumed psychological. At the end of the day they was busy and needed my bed, i knew i had not had an 'anxiety attack'.

Ever since this stay in hospital i am CONSTANTLY ILL. I am always worse after eating big meals, so i went off my food and i've lost at least a stone and a half (and im slim girl anyway!!) My appetite has started to increase but im fed up of feeling ill all the time. i am constantly passing urine and yet i never feel thirsty. I am always violently shaking as if im cold even though the heating is on full whack and im under my bed covers. I have been to the doctors three times and they always fob me off saying they can't physically find something.

I have since been back to a 'nice' doctor who has ordered extensive blood tests which i am going to have tomorrow.

I just want to know if anyone has ever been through anything similar? or has any clues of their own? I personally am wondering if it is something to do with my digestive or urinary system?!?!

Being ill all the time is highly distressing and i am starting to fear going places on my own in case i feel ill, i never want to do anything as i am always feeling exhausted. I have started eating smaller meals but more regually and the weight is starting to come back on, there is no similarity in the foods i am eating when i feel ill, it tends to be more about quantity.

Thanks!

I have had similar things happen to me..and was diagnosed with anxiety at one point...You have to realize that alot with your body is mental..if you start to think that something is wrong, your body reacts...but anxiety can be a side effect to other minor problems...Are you stressed? do you eat enough fruits/vegetables? do you drink alcohol?...you need to drink atleast 4 glasses of water a day and take a multi vitamin or eat fruit as much as you can because a simple lack of a vitamin can cause your body to act funny....try to stay away from drugs and alcohol for sure! and if you just have anxiety...then see if they will give you valum..that way when the symptoms hit you can have an immediate balancer...try to exercise, stay positive and stay calm.
