I didn't feel well right before supper as i had some chest pain.It went right thru from back to front.as the night progressed I started to get a high ferver around 102,and chills.I have no explaination of what caused this.I don't have a cold or bronchitis. can some one please advise me on what is happening to me.The pain in my chest is still active today.It hurts mostly when i bend over to pick up something
