For the past two weeks I've had mild reoccurring headaches. It doesn't feel like I'm sick, it just feels like I'm constantly being hit in the head. During the headaches, i feel nauseated, but never throw up.
I also haven't been on my period for more than two months now, and i have EXTREMELY heavy discharge that changes colors. My last period was really heavy and i had black clots of jello-like blood coming out. I'm only 13 and i don't think its very common for a 13 year old to have such a heavy flow.
My stomach hasn't felt normal either. Everytime i eat something, my stomach gurgles and feels like i need to go to the restroom, which i don't.
I don't think its a coincidence that i have small headache problem, a strange but normal period flow, AND unusual bowel movements at the same time. If anyone knows whats wrong with me, help :-(

there could be a lot of reasons for this, athletics, stress etc., but you might want to see a gyn just to make sure.

Clots are normal to occur while menstruating, but the other things you mentioned makes me think you should see an ob/gyn.
Make sure you're drinking adequate amounts of water and having regular bowel movements. Also eat low amounts of fatty foods, sugar and salt. Hopefully that will help with the headaches and stomach.

Is this normal? I always have more bowel movements when I'm on my period. It is even more painful when I have the urge to go.
