? I was wondering...right now I'm having a really bad period problem! I find I have to go to the bathroom every 30 minutes...and when I do its a really heavy period((with tons of clots!! %-) ))
I would like to know if I need ot go to the doctors soon...if it doesnt stop...to make sure there is nothing wrong with me?!?!

well i have the same exact thing!! and its been going on before my period had started irregular cramps than today i got my period and every 30mins i have to go pee and alot of blood comes out, more than usual.
what should i do.

I have to go to the toilet every time I get up. I have to go to school and have a school trip at the end of the week which is going to be a disaster. Last time I think I managed to cut it short by have a couple of nose bleeds (not on purpose). I thought about purposely trying to have a nose bleed, but I don't think I can. I want to know of a way to stop it!

IT WORKS, GO TO THE LOCAL DOCTORS AND JUST TELL THEM WHAT HAPPENING AND THEY SHOULD GIVE YOU TABLETS. BUT THE TABLETS DONT WORK STARIGT AWAY BUT IT WILL TAKE A LONG TIME ( 3/4 MONTHS) TO GET USED TO THEM.

Hunnie, I'm fourteen i live near manchester, i went to the doctors and they said that it's just human nature, Everybody's diffrent in there own ways. This simply mean's there's more chance of you having twin's when your older, Because your egg's are unfertilzed there are lot's of them meaning there's a chance you might have twin's. And doctor's make you fill in a form before they give you the tablet's because they can damage your system, Meaning it may take a while to get pregnante when trying to.. So, good luck! And i just have to put up with it and not take any chances. They will calm down when your 16, Then your homornes will start to settle.

Dear Katie. I'm 34. There is no way a heavy period leads to twins. This is so false.
there is definatly some thing you young girls can do about a heavy period and it is not "human nature". your period is controlled by two hormones. estrogen and pogestrone. if you have too much estrogen you have heavy non stop bleeding. the progestrone makes the bleed stop. so you all need to research estrogen levels. this comes from diet, meat dairy can be high in artificial hormones and it will affect yours. excersize will bring down your estrogen. there are lots of way to fit lots of different lifestyles to bring your hormones in balance. as you get older this will always be changing. so you must be conected with your body and give it what it needs.
now I dont know about "tablets" but I say if its not natural it not good for you. try advil and some caffine first, never overdo anything.
chart your periods and make notes of how you feel on each day. locate the problem and change it. I hate to see you all so young going on the birth controll pill to regulate yor hormones. you can do it. stay positive and be good strong healthy women.

I was told evening primrose is goid for hormones and star flower, I used to take it for my hormones with menapause. Check if you can take it and how much dose and see if it helps.
