I am a 14 year old from Nairobi,Kenya I have been having very my penis had rare diseases which even doctors do not know i have abdominal pains and recently has been shrinking I have undergone 3 tests in 3 different hospitals all saying I have urinal infections please help

jey solo urinaty tract infections are fairly commom.....did the doctors do any special tests to find out what type of bacteria is causeing your infection? aslo are you taking any medicine if so what type of medicine is it?
