Normally a male's body has a shut off valve that prevents him from being able to piss when he ejaculates. That valve function is automatic and can't be controlled by the male. So, you might have either a weak shut off valve or its malfunctioning to allow piss to pass through when it should be closing off the piss to ejaculate semen only. Try doing Kegal exercises to build up the muscles that you can willfully control to cut off your piss in mid stream and see if that helps. Its probably not a big deal to leak out a small amount of piss, as long as you don't piss a lot of volume inside a woman's vagina. That would put her at risk for infections and bad PH in her vagina that her body is not designed to handle from sex. She can handle a ton of men's healthy sperm but not a man's bladder load of piss.

I have found that if I do oral sex to a boy and he ejaculates, if I keep stimulating his head with my tongue, right after the orgasm, he will probably is going to end up peeing in my mouth, which, by the way, is what I look for so much. okay, I'm a 42 year man whom is presently fully bladder incontinent, but growing up, I didn't properly ejaculate until about 18, I had retrograde ejaculations when I'd organism apparently from i guess from age 12 on, I'd end up needing to pee real bad after organizing, including at one point losing my virginity and quickly having to attempt to pee with a complet election. In more recent years, I've had both spontaneously occure while mastururbating by stimulating myself from the outside of my adult diaper, otherwise yeah I'm glade it wasn't during any kind of sexual interaction with another person and only in my diaper.
