You could try going for a pee beforehand then you can be sure your bladder is empty.
It is easy to mix up about to ejaculate with needing to pee really bad both are pretty intense feelings but it should not happen because there is a valve that stops urine from the bladder entering the urethra when you ejaculate.
If you keep going you should discover that it is not pee have a towel ready or give it a try in the shower, doing it until you can’t hold it and it comes out won’t hurt anything and you should have your first ejaculation.
