There shouldnt be no worries, since condom is 100% safe if its not break , and probably 10% if its break , i know people keep saying that there are 97% of effectiveness, but those "3%" are those who put it on kinda "wrong" , they might didnt wash their hand when doing blow job, fingering or they contact outside first before put on condom, and some might put on wrong side and do not throw it away, which mean there are sperm on the condom already, condom work 100% fine and there are no holes so please stop scaring young teen. Pregnant with condom can only occur when both get too turned on and begin to play around too much , again, condom either work or fail base on the break , if there is chance to get pregnant its because of not cleaning after fooling and get too turned on. Sperm leak out too much and when you roll down its go down to the end of penis , which a slight slipped off could let those swimmer get into the vagina

I don't know if this would still be useful, but using BC can also delay mestruation due to hormonal change. it's been over a year now since you have posted this, I hope she is not pregnant and just a late period due to change in hormones by BC.
