So last year on May 23rd, 2012 I ended up cheating on my fiance with another girl. I know it's horrible, but that's what happened...
Anyways, she had her period the next week, and then the week after that she was pregnant. I DID use a condom during this intercourse and i checked it afterwards by running water into it and watching carefully to see if anything leaked or ran through. There were no holes, and no way for anything to go through the condom, so i assumed that that was proof enough for me.
However, she keeps telling me it could be mine and that her boyfriend (whom she said she had sexual intercourse with the week AFTER her period) doesn't think it's his.
The baby was born on March 18th, 2013, so there's nearly a month's difference between the date that it should have been born on and when it was actually born.
SO....
Intercourse on 5/23/2012
Condom used, didn't slip or break
Period one week later (around 6/2-6/9) or so
Baby born on 3/18/2013
Is there any way this baby could be mine?

Without a DNA test it will be difficult to really know. In my experiences though usually if you get your period after sex you are not pregnant and that the sex after her period is the culprit at getting her pregnant. May not be true but a DNA test will confirm or deny that you are the father of that baby.
