A week ago, I had sex with a friend, I did not get off, and we were not using a condom. She took a pregnancy test, which came up positive, and when I asked her if she had sex with anyone else she said no. I have read that it is inaccurate to take a test so soon after sex, because this would have been 5 days after. She is starting her period this weekend so I am assuming that she missed the 6-day period in the middle of her cycles. I am just wondering if it is a possibility that she might not be pregnant and I will just have to wait a couple more weeks.

Hi, this sounds awfully suspicious to me, especially if you were wearing a condom., and have only had sex this one time,

l think the chances of you being daddy are extremly slim. I think that Maybe ask your friend if she is willling to undergo a DNA test when the baby is born, and see what the reaction is, or definalely ask her what her intentions are

I am a bit confused - if the pregnany test came up positive then she won't be starting her period in the weekend. The very earliest that a pregnancy test can show a positive is 9 days after sex, but usually they won't pick up much hormone until 12 days after sex or later (if the sex occured when she was ovulating)
It sounds like she got pregnant last month and is trying to make you seem like the dad. Was the sex your idea or hers?
I would definately ask her for a paternity test.

either she is lying about the test being positive or about whether she had sex with someone else. most likely you didn't get her pregnant. unless your condom broke or something.
