That is a Bartholin Cyst - it is when our Bartholin gland becomes glogged - like a zit - and it builds up and up - sometimes causing pain sometimes not (also like a pustule) and when it breaks (usually after soaking or pressing) it can smell to high heaven! I would like you to go and get it checked out 1. to make sure it has all been expelled, 2.Possible anitbiotics - to clear out the blood infection that is possible from this! Keep the area clean - with a bottle squirting up into the vagina! To keep clean and any residue out of the wound! Keep an eye on that area - as it can glogg over and over again! Hope this helps!
