I'm 20 years old and I'm wet almost all of the time. I'll be wet during the first part of sex but if it goes on for awhile I get dry, which I presume happens to most people when it happens for awhile. I always have stuff on my underwear, I don't get regular periods, never have. I'm not sure what else to say:/ I'm not sure what it is!

I'm 19 and I experience this too. Long before I was sexually active I'd find white discharge in my knickers every day without fail. I was wondering if there is any correlation with sweat because when I do physical activity it gets much much worse and I feel like I have to stop because I think the wet patch has become visible and gone through my clothes! It's very uncomfortable wearing layers of clothing in your crotch area that are damp. And wearing panty liners hardly makes it any more comfortable. Occasionally I feel a surge of discharge coming out and I constantly feel unclean or get paranoid that I must smell to others.

When your discharge is thick and gooey it means you're ovulating :) which is really handy if you're trying to conceive.

Hello! Okay, so I hate discharge! I’m currently 19, I’ve been having problems with my vagina since I was 12, and I never had sexual intercourse and I have never masturbated. I have, however, been wiping the wrong way for the longest time and I really think that’s what did it, but I’m not sure. I did go see a doctor about my problems, in 2016, because I had irregular periods and discharge OCCASIONALLY (this is important). He told me I had POCs and put me on birth control. Since taking birth control my discharge had became an everyday thing! Birth control was supposed to put me on track of regular periods and lessen the amount I discharged. But it didn’t, now I admit, I’m bad at taking meds! So it might be my fault since I’m always missing days

You guys aren’t alone, and it’s a relief to know that I’m not alone either. That “whoosh” of liquid makes it impossible to go product-free, smell or no smell. I don’t find wearing pads all the time to be comfortable at all— I don’t like plastic or similar near my skin like that and I feel like pads ace sometimes created a smell issue that wasn’t previously there or wouldn’t otherwise exist.
I don’t have a solve for the underlying issue, but I recently started using the Diva Cup, and that has been a game changer for me. I find wearing a (sometimes very thick) pad every day to be incredibly embarrassing. #divacup. No, it won’t solve the secretions. But it makes them so much easier to deal with. I can empty it when needed. For me at least, it doesn’t leak. And I don’t have plastic against my skin. And I’m saving money.

I'm 35 and have had this same issue my whole life. It's puzzling to me how girls can go commando! I tried it once and it ran down my leg! So embarrassing!
I do want to offer one thing I've noticed... For me the biggest "surges" seem to happen when I need to pee. If I use the restroom right when I need to go, it comes out then. If I hold it though, I pay the price! Lol. I hope that helps some of you!

I'm having the same thing! It's to the point I have to wear a pad and at night, (since I can't sleep with underware on) I have to sleep with a washcloth between my legs or boxers on, either way, it's very wet and uncomfortable.....I don't have lower back pain though

I am 55 and have the same problem. I have had my bladder stretched but I still have leakage and have to wear pantiliners every day. for the last yr I have had a problem and the dr says its not yeast infection. I dont itch til I wash or wipe then I cant stop scratching. I have scratched til I bleed and then it burns when I go to the bathroom. My gyno gave me some cream to use and it will go away when I use it but for only a few days and then it comes back. I have tried everything. Now I am wondering if I am now allergic to wearing pantiliners every day. Hope not cos I really need them. Changed insurance and cant afford to go to the gyno now so I am open for suggestions.

I’m exactly the same. I haven’t discussed it with my husband but he’s gone off sex and I think it’s down to feeling like he’s getting sloppy seconds as I am always saturated. I am certain he cannot be satisfied slipping about all over, thankfully he’s quite well endowed but it’s not the point. I have to wear a panty liner all the time as otherwise I get wet knix. I have recently found out by chance that I have two ovarian cysts. The one on my left ovary is 10cm like a grapefruit and the one one is tomato sized. I hate hospitals and I’m terrified, especially as I went for an ultrasound then the hospital contacted us and spoke to my hubby and they said I now need an MRI and a CEA blood test so I know they think I have cancer. I have done lots of reading about high estrogen levels and realise it’s causing my overactive inner Niagara Falls! Also causing my cysts and so I’m self medicating with some natural progesterone to try and reduce the cysts. I have the natural progesterone from when we were trying for a baby up until a couple of years ago and we had several miscarriages and someone suggested I upped my progesterone but then I had lots of family trauma in my life and we had to stop trying for our much wanted baby. I’m now 47 years old and have had fibromyalgia for many years. Since the discovery of the cysts, I just ignored them thinking “well if I cannot feel them and didn’t know they were there, then they are no bother” but four weeks on, I am bricking myself. I cannot sleep out of fear. Fear because my husband would want me to have chemo and I would rather just have no treatment, have painkillers then die. I have now started thinking back to times when I have had excruciating pain throughout my lower back when I’ve stood cooking for a while or another time when I was dying my hair. The pain was so bad that it took my breath away . I’m on such strong opioids for my fibromyalgia. I have 150mcg of slow release fentanyl patch all the time and yet can still suffer pain. Since finding out I need the CEA blood test and receiving the envelope for the pathology clinic today....I’m going stir crazy. I always said I’d put myself on the railway if I got cancer!

I have excessive moisture in my vaginal area. It soaks through a pad and my pants. What could be the cause of this?
