I know this has been posted a lot of times but i couldn't find an answer to my problem so i decided to post a new topic.

Hi, I'm 20 years old and Ive been very sexually active for a year, And i started noticing very tiny red spots exactly under the penis head about 6 month ago, to better describe the area, If the head was a clock, the spots are from 2 to 5 and 7 to 10. I am circumcised. They've been in the same area since the day they appeared. They are painless and not itchy but they tickle when i masturbate and/or when i touch them. I've already spoken with a doctor about this over the phone but i didn't mention the sex part and the doctor believed tight underwear could be the cause. I've been really nerves since the day they appeared, and I've never been tested for STDs/HIV.

Hope someone could clear this up for me since i cant find any information about this on the net.
