I've been feeling low lately, like i dont have enough energy but i really do eat enough. Maybe i am not getting enough vitamins to my body. I mean, which vitamins should i be getting? Are there more important vitamins than the other. Is vitamin C more important than B? i dont know much about this stuff but i would to find out more about what vitamins should i be taking so i have more energy.

I am not a doctor, but I have mostly taken a daily 500mg of Vitamin C, and a B supplement twice a week.

I started this when I was also feeling low on energy, and after a week, felt like I had more energy and have kept it up since.
