Sure, but I can swear that physical stress is one of the most common reasons why some people lose their hair...and they lose it fast. We need to be aware that any kind of physical trauma such as a surgery, or a car accident, for example, can be the reason for the temporary hair loss. But sometimes, that doesn't mean that your hair will grow up again.  But in many other cases, it will because your hair will grow to a certain phase - a growth phase, rest phase and shedding phase. That happens when you have a very stressful period in your life. I had one, but biotin for hair growth helped me a lot.
