My 14 year old son keeps feeling sick only at night time but he's fine during the day he gets stomach pains that keep him awake along with vomitting only at night but during the day he's out and about feeling fine and dandy..its been three nights now...any ideas??

Could he have something on his mind, something stressing him? Alot of people have there most anxiety when there going to or in bed because they have time to actually think about it.
