Meals that are high in protein, carbs and fibre..lift weights at least 4 times a week(form a habit), body weight exercies will do if you dont have excess to a gym.

Stop eating your curries, they have little nutritional value.

You will gain a pound(0.5kg) a month minimum ..its a slow process but well worth the wait
