YES!! So glad to see this! I have been dealing with the same issues having my tubes tied 3yrs ago but every doctor looks at me like I'm crazy for suggesting it. No appetite. Getting full fast. I weighed 219 in March 2013. I currently weigh 163 lbs. I hav had nothing but digestive issues like ibs and gerd (really bad acid reflux). I'll be getting a gastric emptying test done (again). Had one done before but out was only the 2 hr test and my new G.I. said things can get missed in 2hr test so she's going do a 4hr test which is more effective. I'm just finally glad to find others who have experienced the same thing!

I was 180 when I got pregnant, 155 when I delivered in June. Continued getting smaller, was down to 148. In August, I had Tubal Ligation where the tubes were completely removed. After 1 week I was back up to 160!! And I'm still there. I feel swollen, bloated and even bigger than I was at 180

I am 28 years old and have been in the 180's forever scale just wasn't working I thought lol. I just had my Tubal Ligation 8 days today ago and im down 11lbs... I as well am worried as much as I like the new skinny me it has come with strong all day nausea which is keeping from eating

Hi my. Ame is joy and I'm in the same boat as you I was very over wait but I had a large cyst in my right tune blocking it and I had to get it removed it's been 1 week and I have already lost 13 pounds and I can't keep anything in my system that I try and eat . I'm just glad I'm not the only one that is getting the same side effect from it

Omg ive been looking for something similar. Ive dropped almost 90 lbs since my tubal ligation. I dont even have sympoms of hypothyroid anymore. At least im not the only one .

I am 38 years old and I got my TL done on December 19th, 2016. I weighed 128 lbs the day of the surgery. I am now weiging 122 lbs. However this is a bonus, I do work out everyday and the weight I lost was all muscle mass. Its awesome to see that my body is reacting with weight loss instead of weight gain as I was concerned about getting a TL because of that very side effect, but the risks vs the rewards having it done was my best option. In my opinion I believe that it is from going off of the birth control pill. Five years ago I went on the pill and gained over 11 lbs, and regardless of how much I worked out, or how healthy I ate I could not get back to that weight. TL was the best decision I ever made... well except for the periods, just AWEFUL!!!
