Hello My name is Robyn, I am sixteen and i weigh in at 200 pounds. A couple months ago i weighed around 220 then i got down to 198. :0...

To lose that little amount of weight i simply juiced. (when i started i was 15) It was very difficult the first few days watching every one eat regular food but then i got used to it to were sometimes i wouldn't even think about the smells of the food being cooked. One thing I will say is I actually enjoyed it a lot, but then again i like vegetables. But If you are a person who hates veggies use a lot of lemon, its very strong and will take over the other tastes for the most part.

In my regular juices were spinach, and lemons, and apples, and celery, and carrots, and broccoli and oranges, and once even avocado :) sometimes grapes or strawberries and bananas. I once tried kale.... I regret it though, it was very strong, but its good for you so if you are a person who doesn't mind strong things go for the kale!

Making it was easy too. I would make it every night and store it in my fridge. In the morning i would take a canteen of my juice to school and drink it for breakfast and lunch. If you have lots of friends like me then get ready for the eww's and the wtf's? Because it will look a little weird... actually it'll look a lot weird, but if you also don't care like me you'll be just fine. :) Anyway's, when i would get home i would have a small healthy dinner cooked by my mother. Now I'm not gonna lie, I slipped up a couple times but that wouldn't stop me from getting smaller. The first four days on it i lost five pounds, The next week seven.

It was going great, For about three and a half weeks. Then some things happened, i had to move unexpectedly and money has been pretty tight lately and veggies for me and regular groceries for the rest of my family can be very expensive. So for about six months I haven't been doing it. I've gained two pounds :(. And i definitely do not feel the same. When i was juicing it made me feel so amazing! I had no more tummy aches at all, It also brought down my migraines dramatically and I was happy and energetic all the time. I miss the way i felt.

Let me warn you though. The day you go back to eating regular and consuming fattening food your body will know.... Well at least mine did. Lets just say it got sick. I felt sick instantly. The energized feel I'd get every day left too. Now i slowly get out of bed dreading school and stuff.

I want to start again now, but i have to wait for about one more month until my (single mom) mother can get things situated again and i can hop right back on my path because im not very far at all and very far from finished but i know i can get there.

If you are reading this and feeling like this is impossible and u cant do it your wrong. Trust me i have like the least amount of will power ever. But you know what helped me? Watching success stories on YouTube and reading stories just like mine. Actually there is a movie that i stumbled upon on Netflix that actually made me start juicing in the first place. It is called Fat, Sick & Nearly Dead. This movie was so inspiring to me. I encourage anyone who is reading this to watch it. The transformation this man goes through is just incredibly amazing!

Good luck to anyone who tries this!!!:)
