Hi Im 13 and going into 8th grade and I weight 149 pounds. I Want to loose weight. All My friends are skinny. Im 5 3 and taller than all my friends but weigh more. What Do i Do?

eat healthy, lot of water and exercise. 4-5 times a week and gain confidence and be proud of who u r. my weight was 100 kg's n i've lost 6 kg's in 3 weeks.

Hi,
you have avoid all foods that contain fat...another way of weight loss is you have start exercise daily for two hours....
