Hi, I am a thirty years old woman. For as long as I can remember I have had weight problems. It seams that there isn't a single diet that I haven't tried out. However, there were only few that had shown some effects. The thing is, whenever I returned to my usual way of life, the pounds would come back very quickly. A friend of mine is trying to persuade me to try macrobiotic nutrition. I am not familiar with the rules of this diet, but I can see that my friend is very slim. Can you tell me if I can really lose weight with macrobiotic nutrition?
