I'm 12 years old and i'm over weight my mum says i am 2 she asks me will we do this or will we do that , my mum is also overweight to you see. But nothing seams to work. I'm not overweight enough to go to weight watchers but my friends are both really skinny they have a hard time finding close to fit them because there so skinny but i find it hard to find close to fit because there to small . i dont like diets because there to hard and i dont what to starve myself I just want to be healthy .HELP ME!!!

Hey, I know Diets are extremely hard that why I stay as far away from them as I can. The thing is you much eat small but healthy amounts. Eat a small healthy breakfast then between breakfast and lunch eat from 2 to 3 snacks such as fruit, vegies, granola etc. I have also invited a few friends to go run with me everyday we dont work. Im a runner but you dont have to run. Start off easy, but you must be willing to push yourself because you are you worst enemy. Hope this helped :) Good luck!!

Hi, First of all dont over excite yourself about your weight. The best thing for you to do is to stay away from all fast food, candy and junk for starts. You dont have to starve yourself and its ok to eat a slice or two of pizza or something similar off and on as long as you dont over do it. I wouldnt recomend a diet at a young age, only a change in WHAT you eat. Vegetables, salads, fruits should be a BIG part of your nutrition. Eat chicken, grilled only. If you are craving a sweet treat eat sugar free ice cream, or yogurt, or sorbet. I also recomend you and mom going for a walk everyday together, even if its only around the block. Its not only good for you health wise, its great for you mentally to! Good luck!

I agree with you! I never refer to it as a diet, because its not a diet its a life change. You would be surprised how much weight you will loose from a little bit of movement, cutting out soda and eating more veggies!

Sweetie I know how you feel. Just since February I've lost 32 pounds! I can't do allot of exercising because I have a couple autoimmune disorders but if I could then I wouldve lost double that! No more red meat, no more sweets, no more soda, and every thing in moderation which means smaller portions. It's hard to get your willpower to work with you but it can be done. Good luck hun!
