not sure if im doing it properly but are there any specific excercises aside from sprints that can help you increase you speed and power?
so far I have been doing sprints, but in the weight room what else can you do? so far I have the following, walking lunges with weight, calf raises, sqauts, jumping squats with weight, box jumps, and bulgarian squats, are there other exercises that will serve me better?

also would just like to add what is better to increase speed, running 1.5 miles fast as possible on the treadmill or stairs 8 mins?
