ive been on microgynon for a month and on my week off. Have had bad cramps and my period started however I noticed what looked like a huge clot but looks more like a big piece of skin, its red and about 5cm long. I've been having sex whilst on the pill but i dont have any STI thought I found sex painful recently. Please help asap
