This morning, at work, I experienced a weird pain that lasted a few minutes (maybe 5 minutes). I've never felt this before. Since then, I've been having bouts of vertigo all day. It's not a migraine as I have had those before and know what they feel like. Any ideas?

See your doctor, just to rule out anything serious. You might even consider the emergency room if the pain or vertigo continue.
It may be nothing, we can't tell. It could be a TIA (mini-stroke).
