Hello everyone! Wow, many of you are in bad shape - kinda makes me want to suck it up and go on as I have been. But still, this is really bothering me, so does anyone have any advice?
I'm 23 1/2. Married 3 years. Always skinny my whole life until I met my husband, I'm now 40 lbs heavier and actively trying to lose weight. I've started speedwalking every morning for 20 minutes before work, I'm very much watching what I eat - no fast food except for occasional Taco Bell, mostly pasta and deli sandwiches, trying to cut out fillers and corn syrup.
I've noticed for a year or so a feeling of discomfort under my right ribcage. It feels like I have a golfball or something wedged up there, out of place. I have occasional gas and occasional diarrhea, not real messy just kinda loose and annoying here and there. It is a consistent discomfort; sometimes I get busy and won't notice it so much, but it's ALWAYS there. It is difficult to fall asleep. My bra will aggravate it, it seems, the pressure from the underwire.
This is really freaking me out. We're broke; I've no money for doctor's visits; I don't have money for health insurance through my company or otherwise.
Does anyone have any insight as to reasons of consistent discomfort for upper right quadrant? Thank you so very much, and good luck to all of you as well.
